Nothing moves for a while, and that turns out to be the instruction. The Hanged Man hangs willingly and gets a different view for it. This is the card of the useful pause — the problem you can't solve by pushing harder at the same face of it.
Reversed
Reversed, the pause has often become stalling in reflection's clothing. Waiting has quietly turned into the strategy, and the new perspective it was meant to produce hasn't arrived.
